Physical Products
Physical products refer to books purchased through Amazon or this website.
All physical individual books are printed and fulfilled by Amazon. Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled entirely through Amazon’s standard policies:
- You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Used or opened books may be eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
- Please initiate any return directly through your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”
We stand behind the quality of our journals—if you receive a damaged or defective copy, Amazon will replace it at no cost to you.
When you purchase a bundle (e.g., 4-Volume Set or Complete Collection), you receive:
- Immediate digital access (fillable PDFs, Notion template, calendars) — non-refundable once delivered.
- Direct Amazon links to purchase the physical paperbacks at full price.
These physical books are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to Amazon’s return policy (above). We do not process refunds for physical items purchased via these links.
Digital Products
All digital products refer to PDFs, Notion Templates, Calendar Files, Bundles purchased on talentjournals.com. All digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-download nature and immediate access to the full content. By completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
We take pride in the value and quality of our digital resources. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at orders@talentjournals.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue promptly (e.g., re-send links or provide alternative formats).
